Helping people understand themselves so they can feel better, think clearly, and live with purpose.

About You

Let's go from overwhelmed, stuck, or scattered... to grounded, clear, and capable.

You may feel:

  • Distracted

  • Anxious

  • Burned out

  • Emotionally dysregulated

You may struggle with:

  • Time management

  • Organization

  • Procrastination

  • Motivation

Your experiences are not random and they're certainly not character flaws.Most of us were never taught to understand our own patterns. Instead, we end up blaming ourselves, feeling confused, or trying to "push through" which often makes it worse.Your mind and body always speak with reason.They speak through:
* energy
* mood
* attention
* sleep
* stress
Once you learn how to interpret these signals, and work with your natural rhythms, everything begins to shift.My work helps you:
* uncover what your symptoms are trying to communicate
* understand the patterns that shape your day-to-day
* build tools that support your mind and body
* create change that is sustainable and aligned with who you are
This is where lasting transformation begins.

My Approach: Know ThyselfFor over 15 years, I've guided people through a grounded and compassionate process.My approach is simple but powerful:
When you understand yourself, you can change everything.
I blend executive function coaching, mindfulness, purpose & identity work and my educational training in General and Special Education.My work is also deeply influenced by my extensive training in Ayurveda - a system that teaches us how our physical and emotional patterns are shaped by nature, nourishment, and the seasons. I use gentle Ayurvedic principles to help you understand your constitution and we build daily rhythms, supportive food choices, and herbs to bring your mind and body back into balance.This is not a quick fix. It's a person-centered approach rooted in compassion, curiosity, and practical tools that can support every dimension of your life.What We Work on Together
Our work together focuses on what matters most:

  • Strengthening executive function skills

  • Supporting sleep, energy, and emotional balance

  • Reconnecting with purpose and direction

  • Making nourishing lifestyle and food choices

  • Improving focus and follow-through

  • Regulating stress and overwhelm

  • Building routines that genuinely support your life

We approach your life as an integrated whole by honoring your mind and body throughout the process.

Gather + Grow

A community-centered offering rooted in nourishment, creativity, reflection, and care.

Gather + Grow was created for people who are longing for days that matter in simple and meaningful ways.It’s a space to gather around tables, create with our hands, reflect and grow gently, and connect with others in ways that feel real and human. We're all welcome exactly as we are.

How Gather + Grow Comes to Life

This space unfolds through four simple pillars. Some gatherings nourish our bodies, others invite creativity, learning, or reflection, and all weave connection throughout.You’re invited to take part in whatever feels supportive and aligned for you.

Nourish & Move

Shared meals, seasonal dinners, herbal teas and mocktails, self-care rituals, and gentle movement.Nourish & Move gatherings invite us to slow down and tend to our bodies through food, rhythm, and nature. Often centered around shared meals or simple rituals, these gatherings offer nourishment in the company of others.

Create & Play

Creative circles including sewing, quilting, upholstery, crafting, photography, thrifting, and more.Create & Play gatherings offer space to create things without pressure and to enjoy the process as much as the result. Conversation flows naturally and connection deepens through shared curiosity and play.

Reflect & Grow

Mindfulness, purpose, and gentle inner work.Reflect & Grow gatherings create space to pause, notice, and listen. These offerings support our nervous systems through mindfulness, dharma work, and personal reflection in ways that feel intentional and respectful for our individial rhythms.

Connect & Contribute

Book clubs, guest speakers, shared learning, and opportunities to give back.Connect & Contribute gatherings focus on shared learning, thoughtful conversation, and being part of something larger. Through book clubs, guest speakers, community conversations, and opportunities to serve, these gatherings invite curiosity, connection, and contribution without pressure or performance.Education here is offered as community healing - relational, accessible, and grounded in lived experience.

How It Works

A Closing Note

If you're wondering... Why this work? Why this moment? Why gather together?
Everything here grows from a place that is deeply personal to me. A longing for the kind of experiences that I value and appreciate in my own life. It's all created from lived experience, guided by a belief that when people gather with intention and care, something very meaningful becomes possible.
If you’d like to receive invitations to future gatherings, you’re welcome to join the Gather + Grow mailing list.I hope you will receive this as an invitation to come together and see what becomes possible for the collective when we do.
